Political Leaders Institute – Current Elected & Appointed Officials
This program is designed to improve government by providing a leadership enhancement program for black elected officials. It allows the elected officials, through study and conversation with other officials, to work to improve their leadership skills and develop public policy that will positively impact African American communities.
Mini-Political Boot Camps – Potential candidates and campaign operatives
Two day intensive training on college campuses (mostly HBCUs) that brings in experts on various political topics, held quarterly. BRAT-PAC has created and maintain a database of graduates for employment opportunities with campaigns as well as candidates for public office.
Presidential & State Appointments Task-force:
Work with White House and State Executives to make recommendations on political appointments of qualified African Americans to serve in various positions
The Constituent – Online newsletter and video channel with interviews of political and community leaders, celebrities, and opinion makers.
Revive the Vote – Faith based program targeting African American faith communities to encourage political participation.

About Phace is an organization that was created for the purposes of getting voters the proper IDs in states that require them to vote. There are currently 19 states that require a photo ID.
Black and Brown People Vote was created this year to reach 1,000,000 "Black" and "Brown" people and have them commit to vote in this year's midterm election.
