Hello BRAT-PAC,
My name is Michael A. Hepburn and I am campaigning hard to become the next City of Miami Commissioner from District 5. Our election is less than a year away and will take place on November 2, 2021.
As the only Reform-minded Candidate in this race — my blueprint is built on the foundation of Rehabbing, Preserving, & Developing Affordable Housing; Economic & Workforce Development; Safe & Secure Neighborhoods; and Tuition-Free College for City of Miami High School Graduates.
And I would love to have your help and earn BRAT-PAC Endorsement, as we push forward here in the Magic City together.
Respectfully,
Michael A. Hepburn, M.S.Ed.

Do you support ADOS — American Descendants of The Enslaved/Slavery.
I will not support a lobbying group who does not put Native Black Americans and Reparations for ADOS first.
